Explanation
Used when talking about an event taking place at a certain location. 'あります' here means 'to take place' or 'to be held'.
Usage
Put the place before で, then the event before が あります.
Formation
Place + で + Event + が あります
Examples
東京で日本とブラジルのサッカーの試合があります。
とうきょうでにほんとぶらじるのさっかーのしあいがあります。A football game between Japan and Brazil will be held in Tokyo.
公園で花火大会があります。
こうえんではなびたいかいがあります。A fireworks festival will be held in the park.
市役所で説明会があります。
しやくしょでせつめいかいがあります。An information session will be held at the city hall.
駅前でマラソン大会があります。
えきまえでまらそんたいかいがあります。A marathon will take place in front of the station.
