Explanation

When talking about the specific time an action happens, に marks that time. Use に after time expressions with numbers. It can also follow days of the week, though it is sometimes omitted.

Usage

に is not used with relative time words like 'today' or 'tomorrow', but is used with exact dates, clock times, and numbered days.
