Explanation
Used to ask and state what is the most 'adjective' within a certain group or category.
Usage
Attach 'の中で' after the group/category (N1) and use '何', 'どこ', 'だれ', or 'いつ' depending on the type of category. To answer, replace with the chosen N2 followed by 'がいちばん'.

N1 の中で + 何/どこ/だれ/いつ + が いちばん + Aい ですか; N2 が いちばん + Aい です
