Explanation
Used to express that something is not always true or cannot be said with certainty, even if certain conditions are met.
Usage
Often used to express the speaker’s opinion or evaluation about something not being absolute or guaranteed. Common with expressions like からといって or ～ば.
Formation
Attach to the plain form of verbs, i-adjectives, na-adjectives (with だ), or nouns (with だ).
Examples
努力すれば必ず成功するというものではない。
どりょくすればかならずせいこうするというものではない。Just because you work hard doesn’t necessarily mean you will succeed.
自由だからといって、何をしてもいいというものでもない。
じゆうだからといって、なにをしてもいいというものでもない。Just because you have freedom doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.
資格を取ればすぐに働けるというものではない。
しかくをとればすぐにはたらけるというものではない。Getting a qualification doesn't necessarily mean you can start working immediately.
