Attach to the ます-stem of a verb.
Examples
会議が終わり次第、ご報告いたします。
かいぎがおわりしだい、ごほうこくいたします。I will report back as soon as the meeting ends.
準備が整い次第、出発しましょう。
じゅんびがととのいしだい、しゅっぱつしましょう。Let’s depart as soon as the preparations are complete.
