Explanation

Formation
Attach to the plain form of verbs and adjectives. With na-adjectives and nouns, use だ + にきまっている.
Examples
こんなに高い服なんて、彼女が買えるわけがない。誰かにもらったにきまっている。
こんなにたかいふくなんて、かのじょがかえるわけがない。だれかにもらったにきまっている。There’s no way she could afford such expensive clothes—she must have received them from someone.
あのチームが勝つにきまっている。
あのちーむがかつにきまっている。That team is definitely going to win.
