Attach to the plain form of verbs and adjectives. With na-adjectives and nouns, use だ + にきまっている.

こんなに高い服なんて、彼女が買えるわけがない。誰かにもらったにきまっている

こんなにたかいふくなんて、かのじょがかえるわけがない。だれかにもらったにきまっている。

There’s no way she could afford such expensive clothes—she must have received them from someone.

あのチームが勝つにきまっている

あのちーむがかつにきまっている。

That team is definitely going to win.
