Explanation

Formation
Attach to dictionary form of verbs. する becomes すべきだ.
Examples
もっと早く行くべきだった。
もっとはやくいくべきだった。I should have gone earlier.
そんなことは他人に言うべきではない。
そんなことはたにんにいうべきではない。You shouldn’t say things like that to others.
