Explanation

Used in formal language to declare that an action or an ongoing matter will end at a certain time or date.

Usage

It is a stiff, official expression often used in announcements, notices, ceremonies, and business contexts. It is not normally used for casual everyday matters.

Formation

Attach をもって to a noun indicating a time or date.

以上をもって第35回修了証書授与式を閉会いたします。

いじょうをもってだいさんじゅうごかいしゅうりょうしょうしょじゅよしきをへいかいいたします。
