When a な-adjective modifies a noun, な is placed between the adjective and the noun.

Use な between a な-adjective and the noun it modifies.

な-adj + な + Noun

ワット先生は親切な先生です。

ワットせんせいはしんせつなせんせいです。

Mr. Watt is a kind teacher.

静かな町に住んでいます。

しずかなまちにすんでいます。

I live in a quiet town.

便利な道具を使います。

べんりなどうぐをつかいます。
