ぐらい is added after numbers or quantifiers to mean 'about' or 'approximately'. It can indicate an approximate amount, number, or duration.

Use after a number or quantity to give an approximate figure or time. Can be used for people, things, money, time, and more.

Number/Quantity + ぐらい

このクラスには学生が 25人ぐらいいます。

このクラスにはがくせいがにじゅうごにんぐらいいます。

There are about twenty-five students in this class.

ここから駅まで 10分ぐらいかかります。

ここからえきまでじゅっぷんぐらいかかります。

It takes about ten minutes from here to the station.

昨日のパーティーには 50人ぐらい来ました。

きのうのパーティーにはごじゅうにんぐらいきました。

About fifty people came to yesterday’s party.
